Situated in a quiet area in the centre of Port Erin Village, the Apartments are only two minutes from the beautiful sandy beach.
The Hotel sea views are only a minute walk away where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the bay from the Restaurant and Lounge bar.
Ample free parking is available directly outside the Apartment building.
The Apartments have views of the countryside, and overlook the pretty Athol Park Glen, with children’s play park.

Each Apartment benefits from two generous Bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a double bed. Bedroom #2 has either bunk beds or twin beds. A sofa bed is available in the lounge and a cot is available on request.
The modern bathroom has a bath, a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer.
Well appointed Kitchen
Each Apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen with tea/coffee making facilities as well as the following appliances:
- Refrigerator
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Washing Machine
- All crockery & utensils
Open plan Living / Dining
All Living / Dining areas overlook the lovely Athol Glen Park.
The seating areas are bright and airy. A sofa bed is available in the lounge and there is a flat-screen TV.
The dining area can seat up to 6 people.

Handy location
The Apartment building is located only 150m walk away from Falcon’s Nest Hotel, just off Strand Road.
There are a good selection of shops and grocery stores all within easy walking distance, as are Port Erin’s picturesque harbour and promenade.
The Steam Railway station and bus stop are only two minutes away giving you easy access to the whole island by public transport.
Rowany Golf Club is only 2 streets away and there are lovely walks along the coast giving you opportunity to enjoy the lovely Manx countryside.
Accessibility
The Apartments are mobility friendly. We have two Ground floor apartments and all floors are accessible by lift.
The entrance to the building is via a ramp with hand rails and parking is available directly outside.
